Pilates Reformer
Beginner Series
So curious about Pilates, but nervous you won't know what you're doing in class? This series is just for you!
Pilates is an amazing mind-body workout guaranteed to give you the results you seek and leave you toned, refreshed and energized. Sculpt, strengthen and stretch while focusing and relaxing your mind . You will be taught Pilates basics (called Fundamentals) such as proper breath technique and body placement, and learn about and how to safely use the Reformer machine, including how to set your springs, change your footbar and attach your jumpboard.
Please note no class is scheduled for Monday evening, September 3rd (Labor Day).

Class Descriptions
*A prerequisite for entry into the Yoga 360 pilates reformer program is our 5 week beginner series or a series of Private Sessions.
Pilates Reformer Moderate
This class welcomes the solid moderate Pilates student focusing on lengthening, strengthening, coordination, and balance. Students can continue building upon their Pilates foundation and alignment principles while incorporate more exercise series into their reperatoir such as Seated Arm Series. Moderate is suitable for anyone who has completed Beginner Level classes or series and is willing to focus on furthering their self-awareness and technique.
Prerequisite Notes
Moderate is suitable for anyone who had completed one ore more of the Beginner Series and/or privates and wants to increase their flexibility and strength.
Pilates Reformer Intermediate
This class welcomes the solid intermediate Pilates student focusing on lengthening, strengthening, coordination, and balance. Students can participate in exercises incorporating props, rigorous strap work, deeper stretches like “kneeling lunge”, challenge the whole body with “up stretch series”, complete kneeling arm work, and learn the entire jumping repertoire. Intermediate is suitable for anyone who has completed Moderate Level classes or series and is willing to focus on furthering their self-awareness and technique.
Prerequisite Notes
Intermediate is suitable for anyone who has completed the Beginner Series AND at least 10 Moderate Level classes or the approval of the teacher. This class will move quicker and focus on furthering self-awareness and technique.
