Yoga at Yoga 360

Yoga is the oldest holistic system of personal development for the balance of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

Yoga 360 welcomes men and women of all levels of experience who wish to learn and practice this healing art in a personalized environment.

Our studio comfortably fits 20 students so please register online and arrive early to assure your space.

Our light filled studio features bamboo flooring and specialized heating and ventilation system for our hot classes.

Mats, blocks and straps are available for your use at no charge.

Students must be 16 years old.





Absolute Beginner
Yoga Series

Although not mandatory, we recommend all students new to the practice of yoga attend our Absolute Beginner Yoga Series.

If you are pregnant, it is not recommended that you take this series. Please see our Policies and Guidelines for Prenatal Yoga

Truly, if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Join Colleen Rose, Founder and Director of Yoga 360 in this four class series designed especially for first time yoga students.

In this series you will learn the foundation of alignment, anatomy, and breathing so you can begin practicing yoga with the knowledge and skill you need to build a strong foundation and progressively increase your knowledge, strength and flexibility. This fun and educational series will visit many of the same poses each week allowing your muscles to gain the memory and for learning more about the pose. This series will give you confidence to enter any of Yoga 360's All Level or Moderate Classes.

Yoga 360's Little Sprouts

Yoga 360’s Little Sprouts is a yoga program cultivated with the intention of offering a place where children are given space for freedom of thought and movement as they thrive towards their own authentic selves, cherishing themselves and the environment around them. From prenatal classes to mom and sprout workshops to Little Sprout Series and camps, Yoga 360’s Children’s Program is designed to bring you and your sprout closer each other and Mother Nature on and off the mat.
